私たちはノッティンガム大学薬学部の計算生物物理学研究グループです。
本研究室では、計算生物物理学的手法を用いて、RNAを中心とした生体分子の構造、ダイナミクス、および相互作用の理解に取り組んでいます。分子がどのように組み立てられ、機能を発現するのかを明らかにするとともに、その知見をRNA治療薬の設計へと応用しています。理論・計算と実験の連携を通じて、基礎と応用の両面から研究を推進しています。
